  • 30 participants

Review program logistics, objectives, and expectations

Get clear on leadership goals, their “why”, and leadership identity

Understand their deeper motivations for moving into leadership positions and developing a clearer view of what that would look like, long and short-term

    Takeaway: Determine leadership visibility project

We will get to know each other better and understand what each of us wants to receive from this program. You’ll learn coaching and mindset basics as well as get clear on your leadership goals and your “why”. By the end of our first session, you will also identify the Leadership Visibility Project that you’ll be working on throughout the program.

  • We will identify the action steps, beliefs, and supporting elements necessary to complete your Leadership Visibility Project. You’ll have a greater understanding of the fears and obstacles that usually prevent you from being visible and the tools to move through those.

  • You will be supported to challenge pre-conceived notions of what a leader should look like and learn tools to start embodying the leader you want to be.

  • You will learn the cultural impacts of your self-confidence and how to cultivate self-confidence in a new way (not purely based on your achievements).

  • Part of being visible is to feel confident in advocating for what you want. You will get clear on what’s important for you to advocate for and why.

  • In our closing session, we will celebrate your Leadership Visibility Project, your progress, and create an action plan of how to take this work further, beyond the program.

This curriculum is subject to change based on the cohort’s needs.
